With the first type of contract it is the company who is providing the recruitment takes the cream out of it and in lieu of the social security payment , the candidate needs to settle in less amount of remuneration than the expectation or lower than the market standard.
But getting a work permit like cuenta propia is mostly impossible because issuance of this type of permit is beyond the policy of this place. The starter needs to start with a cuenta ajena contract and afterward can change it into the cuenta propia type.
